How it works
Prep & Fill
Fill sample flask with solution and insert flask into rotary evaporator.
Vacuum, Speed, and Temperature
To properly evaporate solution, adjust pressure of vacuum pump, set rotation speed, and set desired temperature of heating bath.
Heat & Collect
The solvent will begin to evaporate and collect in the condenser. As it collects, use another container to collect condensed solvent.

The RV131 model comes with a large LED display that makes it easy to set and monitor process parameters, such as rotation speed, heating temperature, operation time, and cycle times. The device also comes with mistouch prevention lock, which prevents accidental changes to the process parameters during collection.
Optimized features
The high elastic graphite filled PTFE seal and compression spring bring excellent sealing and high-temperature, corrosion, and abrasion resistance. Along with the Brushless DC motor with a rotation speed range of 20 to 320 rpm, the RV131 facilitates gentle and efficient evaporation of solvents.
Double-Layer Vertical Condenser
With a 1500cm² cooling surface, the double-layer design of the consider helps maximize efficiency of condensation process by optimizing vapor collection and facilitating higher sample recovery rates.
